IIM Kozhikode receives several requests from corporate, agencies and individuals to verify the education particulars of alumni (those awarded with Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management & other Certificate programmes). IIMK will ensure that all such requests are addressed properly and effectively within 10 days after receiving the request along with necessary requirements & applicable fee.

The following formalities are required to complete by the requester/alumni, while forwarding the Education Verification request.

1. Requester/alumni to raise the request online & remit the necessary fee through online (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card). No other method of payment is acceptable.
2. Please ensure correct information of the alumnus is captured in the online form. Incorrect information provided in the online application will lead to delay in processing the request.
3. Fee can be paid in INR only. Taxes applicable as per prevailing rate & payable extra. Current rate of tax is 18%.
4. The fee paid against a particular request is not refundable of transferrable under any circumstances.

5.  Please note the request ID after submitting the request online.

6.   After submitting the request online, please email the scanned copies of the certificate and mark sheet(s) of the programme to epgp_cert@iimk.ac.in .Kindly quote the request ID in the communication.

7.   The verification (from the IIMK part) will normally cover name of the student, year of passing, CGPA, and the title of Diploma /Certificate and the duration of study at the Institute.

8.   A minimum duration of 10 days is required to process the request.
    

1. All transcript request must be submitted online directly by the alumni or immediate relatives of the alumni of IIM Kozhikode.
2. Please ensure correct information of the alumnus is captured in the online request. Incorrect information provided in the online application will lead to delay in processing the request.
3. Fee can be paid in INR only. Taxes applicable as per prevailing rate & payable extra. Current rate of tax is 18%**.
   **GST is not applicable for the request submitting for the EPGP-2 year's programme.
4. Fee paid against a particular request is not refundable of transferrable under any circumstances.
5. A minimum duration of 10 days will be required to prepare the transcripts.
   
   FEES FOR TRANSCRIPT
    

   Type of Request	Fees
   Students who had graduated less than 2 years ago from the date of request (Domestic)	Rs.250/- per copy* (inclusive of postal charges - registered or speed post) + 18% GST**.
   Students who had graduated more than 2 years ago from the date of request (Domestic)	Rs. 350/- per copy* (inclusive of postal charges - registered or speed post) + 18% GST**.

   
   **GST is not applicable for the request submitting for the EPGP-2 year's programme.
    

6. For forwarding the transcript to overseas, actual postal charges payable as additional. Additional payment details will be informed by the EPGP office after verifying the request.

7. After submitting the request online, please email the scanned copies of the certificate and mark sheet(s) of the programme to epgp_cert@iimk.ac.in

*Student who needs the transcripts to be forwarded to the overseas address is required to remit the actual postage expense. This amount will be informed by the institute after receiving the request & based on the address to which the document needs to be forwarded.
