• Convener and Director, Yale University-India Program on Higher Education for Vice Chancellors.
• Led IIMK to become the first IIM to receive global accreditation from the London based Association of MBA’s (AMBA) in 2010. Involved in several global accreditation processes for management institutions affiliated to AMBA.
• Led IIMK to the cusp of a triple accreditation by AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB. Member of Committee that drafted the initial structure of IIM Bill, 2017.

Public service activities engaged in:

• IIMK has brought about gender diversity (first IIM to admit 53% women in the PGP Batch of 2013-15).
• Enhanced the growth of IIMK’s entrepreneurship cell (LIVE) for incubating 80 start-ups and 13 patents.
• Enabled social transformation projects for the underprivileged through CREST.
• Set up the first ever Indian Business History Museum with contributions from the top 100 Indian business houses.
• Architect of a Governance and Leadership initiative for the entire State Cabinet of Kerala.
• Member of MHRD team led by the Education Minister of India for academic collaboration between US and India in 2010 and 2012.
