The Leadership and Entrepreneurship Circle at IIM Kozhikode is the driving force behind cultivating leadership qualities and entrepreneurial skills within the BL cohort. Focused on fostering innovation and real-world experience, the Circle provides a platform that bridges theory with practice. Key initiatives include leadership talks featuring distinguished industry leaders, such as CXOs from sectors like finance, consulting, and product management, offering crucial insights for future leaders. Additionally, the Circle encourages the cohort to engage in socially impactful projects and lead various live projects, providing practical, hands-on experience.
