The candidates deciding to withdraw the admission offer made to them are required to intimate their decision on or before the date mentioned in your withdrawal form which is available on the AIMS Candidate Portal. The withdrawal form needs to be completed and uploaded on the AIMS Candidate Portal.
An amount of 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) will be deducted towards the processing fee as per Notification No.14-4/2007-U.3(A) from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Govt. of India forwarded vide letter dated F. No.21-166/2007-TS.II dated 18.05.2007. The refund after deduction of the above processing fee will be released to the candidate's bank account.
A candidate withdrawing from the program after the date and time specified in the withdrawal form will be permitted a refund only if he/she does not cause a resultant shortfall such that the admitted batch size (total batch size) is lower than the sanctioned batch size for 2025-27.
