The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) will host the Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri V. D. Satheesan, and the Council of Ministers of the Government of Kerala for a two-day residential strategic leadership retreat, ‘Reimagining Keralam’, on September 4 and 5, 2026, at the IIM Kozhikode campus. Conceptualised as a strategic leadership dialogue, the retreat has been envisioned by IIM Kozhikode Director, Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, following his meeting with the Honourable Chief Minister. The programme brings together Kerala’s political leadership, senior faculty of IIM Kozhikode and distinguished international scholars for a focused and forward-looking dialogue on the State’s long-term development trajectory.
Ministers Yearn for More Learning as ‘Reimagining Keralam’ Leadership Retreat for State Cabinet Concludes at IIM Kozhikode
The two-day residential strategic leadership retreat ‘Reimagining Keralam’, organised by the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) for the Kerala Council of Ministers, concluded here on Saturday on a high note, with the entire 21-member State Cabinet led by the Honourable Chief Minister Shri V. D. Satheesan participating enthusiastically in the discussions and interactive learning sessions. The Ministers were also awarded a certificate from IIM Kozhikode for their participation in this classroom brain-storming exercise.

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) today celebrated its 31st Foundation Day, marking the completion of 30 years of the Institute’s journey in Kerala. From its inception in 1996 as the fifth IIM in the country, the Institute has evolved into one of India’s leading institutions for management education, research and leadership development, overcoming the challenges of geography to emerge as a Top-3 management school in the country.The Foundation Day celebrations were graced by Vice Admiral Alok Ananda, YSM, Commandant, Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, as the Chief Guest.
