Jointly worked with a fellow colleague in a project titled" Competency assessment: a study of Kerala State Information Technology Mission” (2017 - ongoing). [Profile of the organization: Kerala State Information Technology Mission (KSITM) is an autonomous nodal IT implementation agency for Department of Information Technology, Government of Kerala established in 1999. KSITM provides managerial support to various IT initiatives of the State Government. KSITM implements all the IT projects of the government including e -governance projects, creating infrastructure for the same, while developing and running the IT parks. The major operations of IT parks are spread across three locations: Technopark, (Trivandrum), Infopark (Kochi), and Cyberpark (Kozhikode)].

Jointly worked with a fellow colleague in evaluation, modification and institution of scientific selection, appraisal and reward methods in Peekay Steels Castings (P) Ltd. (Project period: June 2013 - March 2015) (Profile of the organization: With a US $ 50 million annual turnover, the organization makes steel castings with piece weights ranging between half a kilo and 15 tons. Its Calicut and Coimbatore foundries produce 13200MT of Steel Castings annually using latest advanced technology processes. Peekay is approved supplier of castings for nuclear power plants. The company has the distinction of being the only foundry in India holding all major global certification and accolades under one umbrella). We were invited by the management to review the implementation of the project in March 2017. Our recommendations were widely appreciated.
