Organizing Circle: Sports and wellness circle

The Annual sports fest of the PGP-BL cohort, KALARI 2.0, was organized in the month of January 2021. The unprecedented year of 2020 did a few things right and allowed the first two batches of PGP-BL to come together and make this year's Kalari an unforgettable experience.

The event was organized for PGPBL01 and PGPBL02 to compete against each other. Many indoor and outdoor sports were organized like Table Tennis, Badminton, Carrom, Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Cricket and Chess. The senior batch played its cards right and emerged victorious in the overall event, however, the victory didn’t come easy as PGPBL02 put up a courageous fight and won the much-anticipated Football match along with badminton (women) and table tennis (men).

All the events were closely contested and the players showed immense grit and sportsmanship. The event made it possible to begin the New Year with renewed enthusiasm and helped the cohort of PGPBL to reinvigorate and re-energise after a tough year of 2020.

This year’s KALARI event was truly a special one as the first two batches of the PGP-Business leadership program came together to participate and displayed enormous comradery, which truly is the essence of IIMK.
