I am an economist specializing in macro-financial linkages, monetary analysis, and agent-based modeling, with a particular focus on banking and financial systems in emerging market economies. My academic journey began with a master's degree in economics from NRU-HSE (Moscow) in 2007, followed by a Ph.D. from the University of Strasbourg in 2016.
My professional career started at Rosstat, the Russian statistical service, where I worked from 2004 to 2006 before joining the Research and Information Department of the Bank of Russia. Over the years, I have been deeply engaged in economic research and policy analysis, and I currently lead the Economic Research Division within the Research and Forecasting Department at the Bank of Russia.
I have had the privilege of broadening my research perspectives as a visiting researcher at the Bank of Finland, the BIS, and the ECB. My work focuses on understanding the complex dynamics of financial and economic systems, using both theoretical and data-driven approaches to inform policy and decision-making.
