In my current role at Brane Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., I lead Go-To-Market Strategy, Customer Success, and Partner Enablement. At Brane (NSLHUB), we are working towards a grand vision—replacing programming with General Purpose AI within this decade. We are redefining the way enterprise applications are designed and developed.
Before Brane, I led the transformation of the Apple account at Wipro as Global Delivery Head, driving one of the most significant turnarounds of a mega account, improving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Prior to that, I championed the adoption of HOLMES™ AI across Wipro, enabling 40,000+ human-bot interactions and delivering $148M in savings through automation. I also led the design and implementation of NextGen process transformation, achieving a 26% efficiency boost and generating $65M in savings.
In the learning space, I played a key role in transforming courseware development at Microsoft Learning, reducing dependence on instructional designers and cutting design time significantly. Additionally, I led one of the largest LMS implementations for a Malaysian bank, modernizing corporate learning for 35,000+ employees across 350 branches.
