The 2-Day programme shall rigorously map and capture the strengths of Knowledge Management systems that enable the meticulous extraction, access and coordination of knowledge assets that are embodied in people as well as embedded in the processes and procedures being practiced by the enterprise. Technologies reviewed will include intranets, discussion groups/collaborative spaces, social software & Web 2.0 tools, content management systems and knowledge repositories, in both individual and organizational contexts.
