IIMK also undertakes consulting projects to help the corporate and non-corporate sectors, public system and government through analytical and problem solving support. The assignment varies in terms of functional area expertise use time period, their monetary value significance and geographical locations of clients. The level of activity has picked up since 2004-05 and the value of assignments has crossed Rs. 1 crore mark in the year ending March 2007.
